When DMS Visa International was established in 1982, the USSR still existed, Czechoslovakia was still one country and the wall between East and West Berlin had not yet been torn down... We were young, ambitious, and entered the industry when realizing through personal experience, that service in this field was virtually nonexistent. Helping others in their travel needs became our passion. Acquiring travel documents and passports was a rather unique and personal experience at the time, with visas/passport information being mailed, rather than being fax or emailed. The world was a different place.

Today, in spite of technology, the world has become more complex. With the abundance of information available at our fingertips, obtaining reliable information has become increasingly difficult. The increase in restrictions, uncertainties and security of today’s world has taken a lot of pleasure out of traveling. Despite all the changes, DMS, through personal service, still treats their customers as they once did when it was still in it’s infancy.
