Visa Application:

Passport Requirements:
Please submit your valid and signed passport with a minimum validity of greater than six months and a blank visa page. If additional pages are needed or if your passport needs to be renewed, please follow this link:
Photograph Requirements:
- Modified Requirement for China Visa Photo – Please click here and read carefully!
- One most recent passport-style photograph (2x2) with light background. If you wear glasses, please make sure there is no glare on the lenses in the photograph. Homemade photos are not acceptable.
Documents Required:
- Copy of AVAS appointment: Once you've completed the Chinese Online Visa Application (COVA) and make appointment, please print
a copy for submission when your visa application from is completed) - A Business Letter of Invitation From the host in China, with personal information of
the invitee: name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc., With information
about the invitee’s visit to China: reason for coming to China, date of arrival
and departure, place of visit, relationship with the inviting unit or inviter, who
will pay for the travel, etc. inviting party information: inviting party name, address, telephone number,
official seal, legal representative or inviter’s signature, date, etc. (the
information must be included in the text of the invitation letter) - A Business Letter From applicant’s employer with full details of the visit,
contact information in China, dates of travel and financial guarantees. - Photocopy of the latest Chinese visa Or the Chinese residence permit issued. If you were issued a visa
previously with a multiple-entry 10-year visa is in your old
passport, (if any) + old passport if visa is valid, please provide a copy of the visa. - A copy of proof of Residence (e.g., driver’s license, utility bill, bank bill)
- A completed Where You Stay Form, Please Download and complete, a handwritten signature is required.
- Copy of flight itinerary
- Copy of hotel reservation
- Copy of driver's license for proof of residency.
- If the applicant's name has been changed, and it is the first time to apply for a
Chinese visa after the name change, a photocopy of the name change document is
required. - Photocopy of the bio-page of the passport.
