Documents Required
- Business Letter - A letter from the company (within the US) on the company letterhead is required. The applicant must include employment status within the company and clearly define the purpose of travel. Financial guarantors must be provided as well as a person of contact and their contact details.
- Official Visa Approval Notification - An electronic visa approval notification is obtained by the sponsoring company based in Saudi Arabia. This will be approved by the visa section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
